Beachfront Rentals: Be greeted every morning by a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic! Beachfront properties benefit from having no other homes located between them and the beach.

Beachblock Rentals: Situated in the first block closest to the beach, most beachblock homes offer beautiful oceanviews. You do not have to cross a street to get to the beach path.

Bayfront Rentals: Bayfront properties have direct access to a bay, harbor or an open portion of the Intracoastal Waterway and frequently provide a sunset view. Most - but not all- bayfront properties include a dock and/or a boatslip.

Inside Rentals: Our island is relatively narrow at most points so no property is too far from our beaches or bay. Generally, inside properties are those more than one block from the beach and not located on the bay.
